Pax-Edwards, LLC (PAX), Osprey Property Company II LLC (Osprey), and Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation (CHCDC) are pleased to present Midtown At Coppin Heights , a proposed 199-unit “twinned” housing project located in Baltimore City, Maryland. The $39 million project is proposed to be financed with a combination of state, local and private resources along with both 9% and 4% LIHTCs as a "twinned" project.

The Vision
Midtown at Coppin Heights
Midtown At Coppin Heights will offer high quality development which scales down in density from the existing community. The newly developed property will promote connectivity, walkability and use of convenient public transit. Residents will have access to all parking, residential buildings, site amenities and nearby shopping via sidewalks. Accessibility and UFAS features will be incorporated into the site plan and buildings for all residents, including those with mobility impairments.

The Proposed project will reduce the overall number of units from 228 to 199. allowing space for a new leasing office, fitness center, and community room. In addition, units will be consolidated in order to offer 3 and 4 bedroom unit options. Overall, the rehabilitation that the developer’s propose will reposition a dated community in danger of falling into further disrepair.
