Parkway Overlook

Pax-Edwards, LLC (PAX), Osprey Property Company II LLC (Osprey), and Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation (CHCDC) are pleased to present Parkway Overlook, a proposed 180-unit "twinned" housing project located in Baltimore City, Maryland. The $38 million project is proposed to be financed with a combination of state, local and private resources along with both 9% and 4% LIHTCs as a "twinned" project.

The Vision

Parkway Overlook

Parkway Overlook will offer high quality development which scales down the density from the existing Gwynn Crest Apartment community. The newly developed property will promote connectivity, walkability and use of convenient public transit. Residents will have access to all parking, residential buildings, site amenities and nearby shopping via sidewalks. Accessibility and UFAS features will be incorporated into the site plan and buildings for all residents, including those with mobility impairments.

The overall project of 180 units will consist of 162 renovated units, and 18 new units to be part of a new construction. The new construction building will improve handicap accessibility, as well as add a new leasing office, fitness center, and community room.
